Six Windle Valley Runners turned out to get their weekends off to a racing start at Frimley Lodge last Saturday for the 5K Parkrun.
They were led home by Peter Mannion in a fast 19.06, with Chris Dent on 23.22, Martin Cox 24.06, Zira Longley 24.31, Dave Pearce 25.28 and Pam Berriman 26.47.Tony Sheridan was marshalling, and managed to take some pictures at the same time, which you can see here: Photos
The Parkrun on March 10th at Frimley Park is a special for local clubs, so we hope to see lots of WVR members turn out that day. Go here to register:
