The draw for the London Marathon places was made last night at the committee meeting.
The Club has four places, and the "lucky" members who got them are:
- Martin Cox
- Robert Littlejohn
- Mark Wye
- Russell Conaway
They'll be joined by Keith Hull, Laura Hales, Robin Wakefield and Chris McAneny, who also have places in the race. (Did we forget anyone? Let us know if we did!)
Edit, 28th December: Danny and Luan Mahoney are also running, and have posted a comment below. So, ten people for the training group now. And just 16 weeks left!
Time to get thinking about those training plans!

ReplyDeleteWe are trying to keep up the training in the heat of the maldives at the moment but the humidity and tiny island is forcing us into a small gym. Far too much good food and beer are also hampering training!
